Mauro 3x5 Storage Unit in Sand

The Mauro 3x5 Storage Unit in Sand is designed for any room that needs tidying.

Fifteen open cubes of smooth matte sand arranged across a three by five grid that measures 107.2 cm wide, 176.3 cm tall and 32.9 cm deep is not simply a storage unit. It is a full wall moment, the kind of furniture decision that redefines a room so completely that everything before it feels like a rough draft. The Mauro 3x5 Storage Unit in Sand arrives at a scale that demands to be taken seriously, and at 54.4 kg it is built with exactly the solidity and permanence that a piece this significant deserves. The matte sand finish across all fifteen compartments creates an unbroken sweep of organic warmth that travels from floor to well above eye level, filling the vertical and horizontal plane of a wall simultaneously with a tone that is somehow both quietly understated and completely commanding. Sand at this scale does not ask the room to reorganise itself around it. It simply provides the conditions in which the room finally makes complete and total sense.
