Delivery

Free delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses. No minimum spend, no hidden extras - the price you see is the price you pay.

Your furniture is delivered to your ground floor main entrance or door.

How long it takes

We deliver most orders within 7 days of you placing them, as long as everything is in stock. If something isn't in stock, we'll let you know and give you the date we expect it.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and surrounding areas take a little longer, usually 10 to 14 days.

Booking your delivery

We book orders in within 24 hours. Here's what happens:

  1. You'll get a phone call or a text and an email with a link to our booking portal.
  2. Pick the day that suits you (Monday to Friday) along with a three hour delivery slot.
  3. You'll get a reminder text the day before, too.

So we can keep you posted, please give us both a mobile number and an email address at checkout. Without them we can't book your delivery in.

If you no longer need your order, you can cancel it by logging in to your account on our website.

What our delivery team will do

Every delivery is a two-person service to your ground floor entrance or front door.

Please note our team can't:

  • Unpack your items
  • Assemble anything
  • Take the packaging away

Most of our furniture needs assembly, so please plan for that. Assembly time is listed on each product page.

If our team feels there's a real risk of damaging your product or your home, or of hurting themselves, they'll leave your items somewhere safe and convenient instead. It's worth measuring your doorways, stairs and any tight corners before you order and clearing a path on the day.

Ordering more than one item

Order several items and they'll usually arrive together on the same delivery. If you'd rather split your order across more than one delivery date, get in touch before you order a separate delivery charge may apply.

Where we deliver

UK mainland - free. Delivered free, within 7 days.

Scottish Highlands and surrounding areas - £40. A £40 surcharge applies to these postcodes, added at checkout:

  • AB — Aberdeen
  • DD — Dundee
  • FK — Falkirk
  • IV — Inverness
  • KW — Kirkwall
  • KY — Kirkcaldy
  • PA1 to PA19 — Paisley
  • PH — Perth

Delivery to these areas takes 10 to 14 days.

PA20 and above, and remote Highland addresses. We can usually still deliver, but the cost and timings depend on exactly where you are. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm both.

Offshore islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We're sorry — we can't deliver to these addresses at the moment. If you'd like to arrange your own courier to collect from our warehouse, get in touch and we'll help where we can.
