Sleepovers Without a Second Bedroom
Kids' sleepovers are one of the most common reasons families look at trundle beds. Rather than squeezing in an air bed or letting a friend sleep on the floor, a trundle bed slides out from under the existing bed and is ready in seconds.
Our Guest Bed & Trundle uses two full-size single mattresses rather than a narrow child's trundle, which means it also has plenty of life left in it as children grow — the same bed that hosts a sleepover today will comfortably sleep a teenager or adult guest in years to come.
Practical Considerations
Look for a trundle with castors so it rolls out smoothly, a stable frame that locks into place once extended, and mattresses deep enough to feel like a proper bed rather than a camping mat.
