The Capsule Orthopaedic gives firm support for your back. It uses a 12.5 gauge Bonnell spring unit, a thicker wire than standard open coil, with insulator and polyester filling on top.

It is hand-tufted with felt washers and finished in soft-touch damask with a contrast quilted border.
